Prices, Terms & Conditions 

Classes are purchased in monthly blocks (there are generally 4 classes per month) the cost is £40 for one weekly class attendance, payable in advance of the new month.

Two classes a week, can be purchased in a monthly block of 8 classes and the cost is reduced to £72.

You can trial your first class and pay just £10 or £15 depending on class, payment to be made 24 hours in advance of the class, I will provide all equipment for your class and there is no commitment to continue if you feel the class is not right for you, I will totally understand, it’s about finding the right teacher for you.

You must complete and sign a pre requisite health form before attending your first class.

The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates and we sometimes do some advanced work, but I modify and give alternative options, based on your ability. I’ll work round any injuries you may have but for bulged/prolapsed discs you need to work with a specialist and I would advise not exercising until you have had treatment. Post baby, give yourself a good 6 weeks rest before attending a class!

You must provide at least one week's notice before the start of the new monthly block, or you will be charged for that month.
