Classes
Sue’s mantra is ‘start small, start somewhere, do something, not nothing’ and you will see improvement in flexibility and overall wellbeing.
The classes Sue at Carshalton Pilates offers are small by design, so you are ensured personal attention, within the spacious hall of the Good Shepherd.
All classes apply the core fundamentals of Pilates when being designed by Sue, these are:
- Alignment
- Breathing
- Centring
- Mobility
Classes are friendly and welcoming to all women. The exercises are modified, with options given to suit beginners, intermediate or even advanced.
Consideration is given to how you feel when you arrive at class, because sometimes our energy levels, our hormones or the stresses of the day can have an impact on our performance.

Mat Work Classes:
You can trial your first class and pay just £10 – payment to be made 24 hours in advance of the class.
Please note a trial class is only available if there is a regular space available to accommodate you. (Please read my T&C's for more information)
1 x class a week is £40 a month (4 classes a month) at £10 a class.
2 x classes a week is £72 a month (8 classes a month) at £9 a class.
Specialist Classes (limited to 6 people only) £15/Class*
All classes Payable monthly in advance on the first day of the month
