Classes are purchased in monthly blocks, with generally 4 classes per month, and the cost is £40 a month for one weekly class, payable in advance on the first of every month.

You can trial your first class and pay just £10 or £15, depending on the class; payment is to be made 48 hours in advance of the class.

I will provide all equipment for your class, and you can stop at any time if it’s not right for you. You must give 1 week's notice to leave the class before the start of the new month or you are liable for the following month's fee.

You must complete and sign a prerequisite health form before attending your first class.

The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates, and we sometimes do some advanced work, but I modify and give alternative options based on your ability. I’ll work around any injuries you may haven't  but for bulged/prolapsed discs you need to work with a specialist and I would advise not exercising until you have had treatment. Post-baby, give yourself a good 6 weeks' rest before attending a class!
