Low impact fitness for women

A calm space just for women

Classes are welcoming and free from pressure. You can focus on your body without feeling self-conscious or out of place.

Exercise that respects your stage of life

I shape sessions around the physical changes menopause can bring. You get movement that feels purposeful, safe and realistic.

Bone health knowledge, not guesswork

I hold a Level 3 qualification in osteoporosis and bone health. That means your class is guided by specialist understanding, not general advice.

Gentle Pilates to support menopause

At Carshalton Pilates, I have designed menopause Pilates classes to provide a gentle, low-impact way for women to stay active throughout menopause. My sessions combine safe, effective exercises that build strength without increasing tiredness or fatigue caused by hormonal changes. I also help improve flexibility and mobility, supporting easier movement as the body's natural lubrication decreases with age.

Building strength, balance and everyday wellbeing

I focus on improving posture, balance, coordination, and overall strength to help you move with greater confidence. My Pilates exercises include strength training that supports bone health while helping to reduce the risk of falls and injuries. I also incorporate pelvic floor exercises to strengthen muscles affected by menopause, helping to improve bladder and bowel support and enhance everyday wellbeing.

Safe exercise for bone health and osteoporosis

At Carshalton Pilates, I provide safe Pilates sessions for women who want to improve bone strength or manage osteopenia and osteoporosis. My classes follow recognised guidance and use carefully selected movements that protect vulnerable joints and bones while promoting strength, stability, and confidence. Every exercise is adapted where needed, allowing you to exercise safely at your pace.

Personalised classes led by qualified specialists

I keep our classes small, with no more than six participants, so I can provide personalised guidance in every session. This creates a welcoming environment where you receive individual attention without the cost of private tuition. As a qualified instructor with specialist Bone Health Level 3 certification, I deliver classes that are safe, supportive, and tailored to help women improve their long-term health, posture, mobility, and overall wellbeing. I also provide alternative classes for pregnant women and women over 60.
