What makes my private lessons unique
Progress without pressure
I adapt movements to suit your current ability. You can build strength and confidence without feeling pushed beyond your comfort.
A room that feels welcoming
My 121 sessions are friendly and supportive from the start. That makes it easier for you to relax, ask questions and keep coming back.
Movement that helps in real life
I focus on skills that support everyday independence. Better balance and mobility can make ordinary tasks feel less demanding.
Stay active, mobile and independent
I believe regular movement plays an important role in helping you stay active, independent and confident as you age. My Over 60s Pilates 121 sessions are designed to support everyday mobility and help slow the effects of reduced coordination, inflammation and natural bone loss. Through consistent, carefully guided exercise, I aim to help you maintain the strength, balance and movement needed for daily activities, making it easier to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle for longer.

Build strength, balance and confidence
Carshalton Pilates focuses on improving balance, flexibility, posture, mobility, coordination, and core strength through safe, low-impact Pilates exercises. My 121 sessions also support back health, help reduce back pain, and encourage healthy bone density through strength-based movements. Sessions are suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis, with exercises carefully adapted to provide a safe and effective workout that builds confidence at every stage.
